Nest* was an incredible partner. We found out late that our insurer wanted us to get a new roof with little time to spare. Nest* worked fast to provide a market rate estimate and quickly was able to get the work done all in a day. When we had some issues with skylights they went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. This crew is professional, courteous, responsive and fast and I’d recommend them to anyone.

No one particularly wants to spend a ton of money on putting a new roof on your house. Fortunately, Robert Gay and his crew at Nest* has made the process as seemless and pleasant as possible. We got 5 quotes which were all over the map. Nest* provided a detailed, no pressure explanation of what our house needed and the process that they go through on each roof. We were provided with a nice folder to go through at our leisure, though as soon as we got the quote, we were sold. And they didn't disappoint. They were able to get to our leaking roof quickly and the crew worked incredibly hard. When our ancient roof provided extra challenge for the crew, I got a personal call from Robert explaining what they had run across and how they were handling it. Best of all, it wasn't a complaint because of the hard work, or an excuse to raise the price. It was just good customer service. I would gladly recommend Nest* to anyone that needs roof work. I assume their other work is just as good and I'm sure they will be my first call when we eventually look to our windows and siding.

Five stars all the way. From Robert's initial visit and presentation to the work crew to the follow up from Connor, Nest Exteriors* is exceptional and professional. We never felt pressured, oversold or overpromised. From the estimate to scheduling to day-of, the communication was clear and timely. The crew showed up on time, were professional, worked incredibly hard and completed our project (new gutters, skylight replacement, venting, roof) almost entirely in one day and cleaned up before the sun went down. The end product looks stunning and we are as pleased as we could be. We could not more enthusiastically recommend Nest Exteriors*!

These guys are awesome! I selected Nest Exteriors* after vetting three different contractors to replace an aging asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof. I selected Robert Gay and his team because he listened to what I wanted, researched alternatives, and presented me with a solution that would make me happily part with my hard-earned money. I couldn't be happier with my choice in a roofing team. First, Robert made numerous visits to our home to ensure correct measurements, discuss materials, help with color selection, and explain what challenges the project may encounter and how he and his team would mitigate them. This particular project involved a complete roof replacement, including all plywood and existing skylights. I wanted to preserve the original tongue and groove wood over the carport and he made that happen. Second, Robert is a seriously personable guy and fun to work with, and a master at conflict resolution. My wife and I didn't quite see eye-to-eye on the color scheme: Terra Cotta metal roof with white gutters and trim, but he assured her it would look nice, and she's happy with the roof! (And I avoided a trip to the dog house!!)

Our home was in need of a new roof, and we opted to go with Nest Exteriors* and couldn't be happier. From the very start, Robert (the owner), came out to personally inspect the state of the existing roof and explained exactly what was needed in getting a roof replacement and how the process would work. This wasn't just a matter of replacing shingles; we needed an entirely new roof: new plywood, new gutters and downspouts, a ridge vent, the absolute works. The Nest* team did a fantastic job with the replacement and updates. Everyone was courteous and professional from start to finish, and we've been incredibly satisfied with the result! The roof is great, and the new gutters and downspouts are integrated very nicely with the new intake vents that were installed along with new gutter guards. It's a remarkable improvement to say the least! Furthermore, we had Nest* come back out for an additional repair and inspection. We had some extensive chimney work done and needed to have the chimney reflashed with the roof (we couldn't time it for the chimney work to happen before the roof replacement). We also had a couple of enterprising house sparrows decide that the new gutters would make a great place for a new nest in one corner. Nest* took care of both issues for us, and inspected the rest of the roof each time as well to make sure there were no other issues that needed attention. We've been very happy with Nest* and it's clear that they stand behind their work. We'll certainly use them again and recommend Nest* to others!

From the start to the finish, Nest* was timely, professional, courteous and very generous with their expertise and communication. The initial evaluation was thorough, and the project manager we had, Connor Elliott, kept us apprised about timing, any possible delays, and delivery of materials. We really liked that he not only kept our roofing and siding project going, he also took the weather and his teams into account and made sure everything went smoothly. The roofing crew showed up exactly on time and went to work so quickly that the old roof was off and the new one was going on before lunch. They took the time to cover our plants with tarps and moved objects in the backyard that could have been damaged. At the end of the first day, you would have never known they were there because the cleanup went so well. The siding crew was just as diligent, and Mr. Elliott apprised us of a needed repair once the old siding was off, was thorough in the explanation, and kept the project going. Similar to the roofing crew, the cleanup was so thorough it was if they’d never been there. Finally, the gutter crew also was prompt, diligent and finished quickly. I can’t recommend Nest* enough, and am so pleased with their process.

Matt came out for an estimate, and evaluated and advised us on our roof. Very professional, easy communication, and he was very informative. Took the time to educate us, did not feel like he was selling us at all. He even did some quick patchwork to temporize a leak as part of the evaluation. Greatly exceeded expectations.

Bottom line, you can't go wrong with Nest*. They came highly recommended by my neighbor and I was not disappointed. I'm extremely glad I went with them. Robert is great to work with and will be replacing the gutters on my house as well. The crew for the roof showed up early and went to work straight away. I have another neighbor who works in general contracting as an employee, and he mentioned to me the next day that he observed them performing the job very well. The contract itself was also very clearly written, documented with clear pictures and neatly organized so you'll understand exactly what you're paying for. Additionally the billing/payment process is very convenient. If only all contractors were this straightforward to work with! I'll be recommending Nest* to everyone I know.

We interviewed and and received more than several estimates for our new roof and extensive trim work. Nest* easily led the way in value and professionalism at the end of our search. And true to expectations, Robert and his crews were simply outstanding in every regard - top quality, on time, and timely communication.
